SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Policy
We ship orders within Poland and abroad.
Products in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
Products marked as PREORDER are shipped within 14 business days after the pre-sale ends.
We deliver via proven courier companies.
The cost and method of delivery are visible when placing the order.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Return and exchange policy
You have 14 days to return or exchange the product without giving a reason - the important thing is that it is unworn and in its original condition.
We do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made items (unless they are defective, in which case we will act immediately).
To make a return or exchange, please contact us at support@lumierestudios.net with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We process returns quickly, within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of receipt of the package.
We only exchange for available sizes or products if there is no option, we offer a refund.
